Sulwhasoo, a leading luxury beauty brand in Korea, releases two limited editions to celebrate its CSR campaign, BEAUTY FROM YOUR CULTURE, designed to globally promote the importance of carrying on traditional culture.
On the belief that the coexistence between tradition and modernity adds value to culture and gives rise to true beauty, Sulwhasoo has organized the Sulwha Cultural Exhibition for the past 12 years, bringing together traditional master craftsmen and contemporary artists from different genres. As Sulwhasoo’s unique cultural patronage program to promote the beauty of tradition, the Sulwha Cultural Exhibition presents colorful reinterpretation of the traditional Korean culture, engaging contemporary artists and master craftsmen across genres. Sulwhasoo launched the Beauty from Your Culture campaign in Korea, China, Singapore, and Malaysia in 2017 to fulfill its social responsibility as a leading global luxury brand and raise awareness about the importance of preserving traditional culture.
This year, Sulwhasoo releases Beauty from Your Culture Limited Editions in six countries with Thailand and Indonesia on board. Part of the proceeds from the sale will go to support existing sponsorship programs for traditional craftsmen in Korea and preserve cultural heritages around the world.
