• Sampling redemption is only valid at your selected boutique/ counter by 15 Aug 2025.

• Redemption is available while samples last and on first-come, first-served basis.

• Please note that the redemption is available only to individuals aged 18 and above.

• Individuals who have redeemed a sample kit within the past 3 months will not be eligible to apply for this event.

• Limited to ONE (1) redemption per person.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration (please check your spam inbox folder if you do not receive it).

• Note that email addresses associated with Microsoft services such as Hotmail, MSN, Live, and Outlook may not receive the confirmation email from Sulwhasoo.

• Please present the confirmation email at the selected store within the valid period.

• The registered customer must personally present the redemption email page to store staff for sample redemption; strictly no third-party redemptions are allowed.

• Your contact details may be used for collection purposes only.

• Sulwhasoo will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the submitted information.

• Sulwhasoo reserves the right to modify the sampling activity without prior notice.
